With a strong 11 event programme ahead of us tonight races 6 and 7 are the Semis of the 2020 Howard Ashton Feature, both look to be very strong races and will make for a very good Final next week. Sir Truculent can continue on his winning way in the distance affair tonight, we end the night with a couple of 600m events that should make for very interesting racing. All races are Trifecta and First Four and with several full fields on the programme that is where we can get some value....

Tonight at headquarters we certainly have a mixed bag of racing, the highlights are 3 very good heats over the sprint for SA owned grade 5 runners, they are races 5 to 7 with several smart performers engaged, it makes for good punting. We also have the running of the 2020 Bayroad Queen Final over the 731m race 9 that carries a $5,000 winning cheque with only the 4 runners, Sir Truculent will start a very short price favourite....
