Angle Park Preview - 3rd December 2020

As we kick start the month of December with a great night of racing here at headquarters, we have a massive 12 event programme and the highlight is the Final of the Group 3 Brian Johnstone ( race 8 ) which carries a very nice cheque of $25,000 to the winner. We also see the return of Sir Truculent (race 10 ), he was unbelievable last start when he was narrowly beaten in the Group 1 Bold Trease at Sandown last Friday night....

Angle Park trials moved to Sunday this week

Greyhound Racing SA has moved the Saturday morning trials at Angle Park on 5th December to Sunday 6th December to accommodate staffing availability. In support of trialing opportunities it was considered best to move the trial session to Sunday. Trialing will commence on Sunday at 7.00am with bookings taken as per normal. We will also change all Sundays going forward from 8am to 7am start the same as Saturdays....

After a great run in the heats on Friday night, he has secured his spot in the upcoming Bold Trease Final, which is set to be run this Friday 27th November at Sandown. We should all have a few dollars left after the lockdown as we couldn’t have a punt here last Thursday, there looks to be a couple of good things on the 12 event programme so we can hopefully end up on the right side of the ledger. The highlights for the evening we have a strong 600m event to kick start the night two strong semis of the 2020 Brian Johnstone (races 3@4) and a 731m event which is race 10 on the card....
