Remaining Anonymous Through Safe2Say
Should you wish to remain anonymous you can direct your concern to Safe2Say - an online portal which is powered by Crime Stoppers. It provides a safe, external, and trusted platform for you to utilize.

What happens once your information is provided?
Upon receipt of your information, Greyhound Racing SA will assess the information you have provided to decide what action will be taken. The course of action is informed by the nature of the purported matter and applying a risk-based and outcomes-focused approach.
The following aspects will be considered in this process:
- The seriousness of the offence or breach
- The compliance history of the participant or individual
- Reliability/Availability of information or evidence
- When the offences or breaches occurred
Assessment of Information (Complaints)
Greyhound Racing SA is committed to assessing all information received within two business days. Once the information is assessed, we may take the following action:
- Contact you to obtain further details and information (non-anonymous)
- Undertake a formal investigation into the matters raised.
- Inspectors may undertake an inspection of the subject property.
- File for future intelligence purposes
- Refer the matter to another agency (i.e. Police, RSPCA)
- Refer the matter to another Racing Authority
- Take no further action.
If you have chosen not to remain anonymous, we will advise you of the outcome of its assessment of your complaint(s).
When will I be updated on the progress of any action taken?
In certain matters GRSA will be able to advise you of the progress of matters related to the information provided, however, in matters that are subject to investigation, formal inquiry or other sensitive processes, GRSA may be unable to provide updates until the matters are finalised.
However, once an investigation has been completed, we will advise you of the outcome if you have indicated that you wish to be advised.
What if I am not happy with the way my concern has been handled?
Should you be dissatisfied with the handling of the complaint(s) that you have lodged, you can seek a review via the complaint and dispute processes.
