Gavin Harris enjoyed an excellent night around the one-turn at The Bridge collecting a treble on the 12-race program.
The first winner was Springvale Blitz, who broke her maiden in her first career start with a nice performance from box two.
Springvale Blitz showed plenty of early speed getting her way to an early lead and fending off the challengers around the turn and in the home straight on her way to winning by two and a half lengths in 22.80.
The next winner was the talented Zinfandel Evie who grabbed career win number three in just her eighth starts with a win over the 395m trip. Getting away slowly from box five, she mustered through opening up a handy break on the turn before winning by four and a half lengths in 22.44.
Springvale Max completed the treble for Harris over the 455m trip with a nice win from box five. Getting away only fairly, Springvale Max was able to get his way to his preferred place on the rail and pushing through to win by two lengths in 25.83.
Elsewhere on the card, three other trainers collected doubles including Liz Chegia who had Fantastic Ada which was a slick winner in 22.43 over the 395m trip from box six before Fantastic Dixie completed the double with a powerful win over the 530m journey.
Cam Butcher’s great run at The Bridge is continuing with the impressive Mulgundawa winning the opening race juvenile just ahead of kennel mate Waltowa before Tilley Swamp made it three straight wins with grade six success from box five over the 395m journey.
Tracie Price also collected a double on the card, with Bad Move winning a grade five over the 395m trip in 22.59 while Current Model took out the last in a best of the night time of 22.26.
