SETTLEMENT OF FEDERAL COURT PROCEEDINGS
The following media release refers to the settlement of recent Federal Court proceedings involving GRSA.
A settlement sum of $500,000 was agreed, payable by TRSA and HRSA to GRSA. Additionally those three bodies have agreed that future Government funding from Point of Consumption tax revenue will flow back to the codes in a manner reflecting market share as defined within the Racing Inter-Code Deed (other than monies that have been directly allocated by Government).
