NOTICE OF WARNING OFF – Mr Dean Decrea
At its meeting of Thursday February 6, the GRSA Board considered its history of dealings with unregistered person, Mr Dean Decrea, culminating in his recent posting of highly defamatory online comments against two senior Managers of GRSA.
Having considered his poor record, the Board resolved to issue Mr Decrea with a warning off, effective from Tuesday 18 February 2020.
Mr. Decrea was advised of his rights of appeal.
GRSA participants are reminded that, as a condition of licensing, they are not permitted to have any association with warned off individuals.
