10 Racing kennels; 10 spelling kennels. Use of equipment, e.g. Mageze boxes, ultrasound, 4-dog walker, 2 dog walker (both belt, not slat). Racing kennels – evap a/c, insulated, ceiling fans etc. Food prep area contains walk in freezer and cool room, shower and toilet with gas HWS. Includes 2 x 150m competition runs. Quiet setting in the Barossa Valley, 45m to Angle Park (Northern expressway straight through); 25 m to Gawler; 90m to Murray Bridge. Includes 16’ caravan.
The deal will factor in training my race dogs as well as the rearing of 7 x 6month old pups.
