Infection Disease Declaration
GRSA will introduce this Infectious Disease Declaration for participants and staff from tonight, Monday 23rd March 2020, at Angle Park and following meetings in response to COVID-19 ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our industry.
This form will need to be completed and signed upon entry to each race meet. Forms will be available upon entry of the venue or via this website, Industry - Forms.
