GRSA venues to re-open
Owners and members of the general public will be allowed to attend tracks from today but it is suggested to book in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
Venues are unable to operate at full capacity and it will be necessary to turn people away if the COVID limit is reached.
GRSA has now also received confirmation that it can recommence offering hospitality at each of our venues.
Accordingly we note the following:
Food and beverage service will recommence as follows [please be patient as we re-stock and re-staff our venues] ;
• Angle Park – from 2 July 2020 but please note that until further notice the buffet is prohibited from operating due to COVID restrictions and as such only an a la carte menu will be offered. Bookings via 8243 7150;
• Gawler – from 7 July 2020. Bookings via 8522 2935;
• Murray Bridge – from 12 July 2020. Bookings via 8532 330; and
• Mount Gambier – food and beverage service will be unavailable until the kitchen renovations are complete – we will provide further communication as this time approaches;
• There will NOT be a TAB Oncourse presence for the time-being. GRSA and the other two racing codes are working with TAB to provide a digital oncourse presence.More information will be made available in the coming weeks;
Social distancing conventions MUST be observed and we ask that you respond to reasonable directions from hospitality staff in the same manner;
• For McQueen’s Tavern only – this venue will open on 2 July 2020, with limited gaming machines in operation. Gaming clients will be required to provide their contact details as part of the COVID compliance directions.
Thanks everyone for your support and patience during this time.
