GRSA Scheduling Changes – Hot Weather
With hot weather forecast in key racing regions of Adelaide, Gawler and Murray Bridge this week, GRSA has announced a number of alterations to our racing and trialling schedule.
TUESDAY 17 DECEMBER
Add – Murray Bridge trials (morning) both tracks
WEDNESDAY 18 DECEMBER
Due to the predicted forecast in the Murray Bridge area, the race meeting scheduled is now cancelled.
Delete – Murray Bridge race meeting (morning)
Angle Park night trials will continue at this stage but we will continue to monitor the forecast.
THURSDAY 19 DECEMBER
The Angle Park race meeting nominations have been extended until 9am tomorrow (Tuesday 17 December). The race meeting will go ahead with a later starting time than normal. GRSA will continue to monitor the forecast.
The Mount Gambier meeting is currently unaffected and will remain unchanged.
Gawler morning trials will continue at this stage. The forecast will be monitored.
FRIDAY 20 DECEMBER
Due to the predicted forecast in the Gawler area, the race meeting scheduled is now cancelled.
Delete – Gawler race meeting (day)
Murray Bridge morning trials will be cancelled.
GRSA is currently working with Sky Racing for other options including the rescheduling of the Gawler Golden Maiden Final. Further information to come.
