GRSA Industry Election Result
Further to the recent call for fresh nominations for the role of Industry Director, appointed by eligible licensed persons, just the one nomination was put forward. Under such circumstances, and in accordance with GRSA’s election rules, the Returning Officer recognises that nominated candidate as having been duly elected. On that basis, the Australian Electoral Commission has declared Ray Fewings to have been elected to the role of Industry Director, subject to confirmation of statutory approvals. The appointment will be for a three year term from the completion of that process.
