Greyhound Nutrition Seminar with Dr Ray G Ferguson

When: Wednesday, 11th May 2022.  Please arrive at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start.

Where: Chasers Restaurant, Angle Park. The seminar will also be recorded and made available to those who cannot attend in person as a webinar.

What will be covered: 

A 2-hour seminar discussing a wide range of issues relating to feeding greyhounds who are racing, breeding and retired. This seminar was very popular when previously run by GRV.  The first hour will cover information from Dr Ray on feeding greyhounds. There will be a break for food.  A 1-hour practical session will follow where we can look at participant's diets and review them for improvements.

Who is Dr Ray Ferguson?:

Dr Ray Ferguson, OAM, graduated in 1972 and has always had a keen interest in greyhound racing. Dr Ray began racing greyhounds 35 years ago and also has breeding experience. Dr Ray is a past President of the Australian Greyhound Veterinary Association and is their current Scientific Officer. In addition, he has a keen interest in injury treatment, blood tests and nutrition in greyhounds and has written several articles on these topics.
