Gawler Racing on Tuesday
Message for participants regarding the Gawler race meeting on Tuesday 3rd February
Contractors on site are continuing to finalise systems essential to the conduct of race meetings – photo finish, vision & audio broadcast, TAB etc.
Whilst the venue will be ready to hold a race meeting, it will not be operating at 100% capacity and some services will not be up and running.
The kitchen and bar will NOT be operating, however GRSA and the Club will provide a free BBQ lunch for all patrons on-course. It is hoped at this point that participants will be able to access the first floor and watch the races from the new building, however this remains subject to having full confidence in relation to venue safety.
TattsBet are working with GRSA to ensure tote facilities are available on-course and are confident this can be achieved.
On-course vision and audio may be less than optimal in the first instance, however work is continuing to achieve the highest level of coverage in these areas.
GRSA seeks patience from participants as all outstanding matters are finalised over the coming weeks. We hope that our participants can quickly begin to enjoy all of the benefits of this important new facility.
