Next week GRSA will commence a 3 month trial of G-SIX racing at Angle Park, Gawler and Mount Gambier from Thursday May 2, 2019.

G-SIX will maximise racing opportunities for trainers in each of the key TAB-track regions of South Australia, drive up participant returns by the equivalent of more than $1 million annually, allow cleaner racing with less interference and allow for more races at more meetings across all South Australian TAB venues.

The first meetings under G-SIX to be graded will be next Thursday night’s meeting at Angle Park (2/5) with all races, except for the Heats of the Bayroad Queens Stayer’s Cup under G-SIX conditions. Also the new weekly, Thursday day meeting at Mount Gambier, which is a Time Graded meeting, will have all races under G-SIX conditions. G-SIX has allowed for Mount Gambier to take up this new weekly Thursday spot in the calendar replacing their fortnightly Wednesday.

These meetings will be graded on Monday (29/4) with nominations closing at 9am with GRSA. Also graded on Monday will be the Gawler Twilight Friday meeting (3/5), with all races under G-SIX conditions.

GRSA wishes to advise participants to ensure they are aware of the conditions and criteria over the next few months of racing as G-SIX takes effect and to please contact GRSA for any further information, be required.
