COVID Update - Public allowed back on course
Please note following the latest Direction from SA Health, spectators and the general public are allowed back on course, with certain restrictions imposed by SA Health.
Inside clubhouses, the current licenced premises requirements apply - you must wear a mask (unless eating, drinking or exempt). You must be seated to consume food or drinks. The density of indoor areas is 1:2m2 and you must socially distance. The maximum capacity is displayed on the venue COVID-Safe Plans. With the significantly limited capacity numbers at our venues due to the 1:2m2 density rule, we strongly recommend making a booking to avoid missing out due to capacity issues.
Spectators attending outdoors must wear a mask (unless eating, drinking or exempt), and must always sit to eat and drink. The density for outdoor areas is 1:2 m2 and you must socially distance.
Despite the restrictions being eased enough to allow spectators on course; the restrictions remain at a level where it is not practical to run the on-course tote. This position will continue to be monitored in line with changing restriction levels.
Remember - you must check in when you attend all GRSA facilities. Police are out in force checking for COVID-19 compliance, so please keep up the great work by remembering these new requirements. If you have a mask exemption, please carry proof if required to provide it to an authorised officer.
