Correspondence has been received from the company Sprinter Gold in relation to one of their products – Sprinter Gold® Results Plus™ trace-mineral and vitamin supplement that contains Cobalt. Particular notice should be taken of the advice of the full recall of this product with monetary refunds on the recommended retail price of the product to be issued by the company.
If you have been using we strongly suggest you stop. If you still have concerns , you can have your greyhounds elective tested.
Stewards wish to further advise that this information supplied should not be a defence to a charge in the case of a positive swab being returned over the threshold levels.
