CHANGES TO WEIGHTED POINTS SCORE FOR SA
Greyhound Racing SA advise changes to the Weighted Point Score Table for SA Grading. Based on the most recent Grading Review Panel meeting the Grading Department have made changes to the points allocation for the WPS. This is the first part of changes approved by the GRP for implementation and will be effective immediately.
The main changes are –
- The Maiden points for category CTA, CTB, PR1 have now been slightly increased and tiered
- All placegetters 7th and 8th are allocated 6th place points to accommodate the mix of G-SIX and 8 – dog Quad racing in SA

GRSA is still working with Ozchase for race classification for Time Graded and Pathway events along with the changes approved for the Order of Preference.
