Angle Park Wednesday Cancelled due to Heat
ANGLE PARK WEDNESDAY 8TH FEBRUARY CANCELLED DUE TO HEAT
GRSA has cancelled tomorrow’s meeting (8th February) at Angle Park due to an updated forecast temperature of 41 degrees for the Metropolitan area. GRSA had already shifted the meeting to the morning timeslot however with the increase in temperature GRSA has made the decision to cancel the meeting.
With Adelaide expecting high temperatures for the remainder of the week GRSA will continue to monitor the conditions for upcoming race meetings.

In regard to the St Leger Heats that were programmed for tomorrow it would be GRSA’s intention to now run the three heats on Thursday night 16th February with the same fields and box draw taking the semi finals spot. The series now becomes a two week series instead of the three week series. The three heats on Thursday 16th February will each be worth $4,590 with the final on Thursday 23rd February. This supports those greyhounds that were nominated for the series and doesn’t cross over any other planned feature events.
