HUGE WEEKEND FOR SA GREYHOUNDS INTERSTATE

Tonight we kick off with the SA Owned and Bred He’s Loaded in the Group 2 Launching Pad Final at Sandown.

He’s Loaded is owned by Michael and Joe Ceravolo and was bred by Joe. He has drawn box 1 tonight in Race 6 and looks a strong each way chance so we wish them the best of luck. Also tonight Worm Burner will be looking to make it three in a row in Victoria when he jumps from box 2 in the Listed Easter Gift which is Race 8. Now trained by Seona Thompson he has gone from strength to strength and he will be a highlight on their program.

All eyes will then move to Saturday night at Wentworth Park with their big Group 1 Golden Easter Egg meeting. SA will focus on the Group 1 Association Cup final where Bogie Bekim for Ben Rawlings will be shooting for his second Group 1 victory. He was very impressive in his heat winning in slick time and has come up with box 2 in the final which is race 5 due to jump at 7.47pm (SA time). It’s a strong field of stayers however Bogie Bekim is flying at the moment and we wish Ben and connections the best of luck.
