Angle Park Preview
It’s fast approaching that time of year and we must start building the bank for Xmas starting tonight. There look to be several good betting races as they are wide open affairs.
Race 1 and this one will be very short and that is the exciting Marlow Brown. He has a good turn of early pace and is yet to miss a cheque in his 9 career starts. So we will make him a stand out for the trifecta, 6 from 2.3.7 Boxed.
Race 2 and this is the distance affair and it seems to be an upset every week. But on box draw it is hard to go past Here Comes Henry down in box 1. Abbie’s Girl should lead again and it is a matter if she can hang on in the final stages. Dashing Dee Dee is very fit and can figure in the top 3. Box Up 1.5.7.8
The 3rd and there is a lot of early pace in this and Peejay Jack should be able to hold them out in the run to the 1st turn. Fast Noodle is very strong and looks the improver, add in Check Yo Self for the top 3. Box Up 1.2.6.8
Race 4 and the main two chances for mine are the 1 Rupert and the 3 Shilling Flex as they both are good box dogs. We can add a bit of value with the newcomer Lukey Chino in box 6. He is a veteran of 70 starts and is in the powerful Jovanovic kennel. Box Up 1.3.5.6.
Race 5 and if he begins like he did last week he is a certainty and that is Worm Burner. He carved out a BON 29.50 here from box 8 and collected a more than handy $25,000 cheque. On that effort we will make him a stand out also. 5 from 2.7.8 Boxed.
Race 6 and I like Emerley Senorita here. She began well last week but was checked out the back and finished unplaced. She can cross tonight and should take holding out. We then go down to the rail runners in Flying Mal and Nit Noi, they both are in form and can’t be overlooked. Box Up 1.2.4.7.
The 7th and winning form is good form so we will tip Lady Xanthe who has won her past 2 starts here in good fashion. Black Bottle could be the smokey and good each way odds. Box Up 2.4.5.6
Race 8 and the draw propels Temalor in to favoritism for me. She loves the rails and has been in the money here in her last 5 runs. Liam’s Entity is another who is well drawn and is a must for the trifecta punters. Box Up 1.2.4.8.
The 9th and this is a very open affair with several chances. When in doubt go with the best draw so we will go with Barley’s Rhythm in box 1. She has a good turn of pace and will be right in this for a long way. Zana Bale has been mixing her form but on her night will take beating. Box up 1.4.5.6.
Race 10 and the pace will come from Yiche and Blurred Lines. Both are more than capable when on the lure BUT I am going with Galilee Spirit who will be running on late with Genghis Kahn. They look the First 4 Box Up 2.5.6.7.
The final event and I will tip her once again but oh my god she has put a hole in my pocket and that is Wave To Kirra. She has been the bridesmaid at her last 3 starts here, but tonight SHOULD be the night when she hangs on. Box Up 1.2.5.7.
