TELLING THE TAIL by The Shadow

The highlight of tonight’s racing is the running of the 2023 Brian Johnstone Final (race 8) over the 530m with $25,000 waiting for the winner on offer. The race has certainly turned into a feature over the years and tonight’s event is no different with several chances. I will stick with My Khaleesi down in box 1, she has won her last four here and has the box speed to be on the pace early from the good draw, Footrot Fender and Magical Mystic both have claims on their recent good form and both have terrific box speed.

TRIAL BOOKER TO INCORPORATE GAWLER THURSDAY TRIALS FROM 7TH DECEMBER

After consultation at the ICG meeting this will have to be implemented to accommodate certain trialling requirements. GRSA will increase the number of bookings for each Gawler session from 4 to 6 trials per trainer. This is to assist trainers with your greyhounds which trial one after another.

Once implemented we will turn our attention to the Monday trial session which will require our race day and offsite staff to manage.
