2022 TAB MATCH RACE CHALLENGE – SA V ALLSTARS

Today the 2022 TAB Match Race Challenge (SA V Allstars) box draw was conducted at GRSA with the box draw listed below for Thursday nights (22nd September) series. It will be Race 3 on the program with the first Match race due to start at 7.22pm (SA time), Match 2 at 7.34pm, Match 3 at 7.43pm and Match 4 at 7.52pm.

All Matches come out of boxes 1 & 3.

Matches (1-4) will be -

  1. Stout Monelli (Allstars - Vic) v Fly For Trix (SA) @ 7.22pm
  2. Just A Sort (Allstars - QLD) v Giant’s Flash(SA) @ 7.34pm
  3. Victa Grosso (SA) v Amron Boy (Allstars - Vic) @ 7.43pm
  4. Wow She’s Fast (Allstars - Vic) v Mallee Magic (SA) @ 7.52pm

The Grader has rated the four (4) greyhounds from SA and the four (4) from the Allstars in order from 1 to 4, with No.1 being the highest rated greyhound from each group. The head-to-head matches have been decided by the two No.1 rated greyhounds competing against each other and then 2 v 2, 3 v 3 and 4 v 4.

Prizemoney for each individual match also reflects the seeding of greyhounds from 1 to 4, with the No.1 rated greyhound’s racing for the most prizemoney in the head-to-head races.

Prizemoney for each Match will be range between $4,750 and $4,000 with unplaced $500 for each Match.

Overall TAB Match Race Challenge winner (based on overall times) will be $7,500, second $2,500, third $1,000.

The winner of the TAB Match Race Challenge (SA V Allstars) will be guaranteed a spot (if they accept) into the Group 1 $100,000 to the winner Adelaide Cup final (7th October) 2 weeks later and will be required to by pass the Heats.
