2017 Nationals Nominations Released
At close of nominations yesterday GRSA had received a total of 28 nominations for the SA State Series of the 2017 UBET National Sprint and National Distance Championships. There were 17 nominations in the Sprint Series, which compares to 26 in 2016. While the Distance Series has 11 nominations, compared to 24 last year (one greyhound is dually nominated for both distances).
The South Australian Heats of the Championships will be run on Thursday 3rd August, with the State Finals on Thursday 10th August. Winners of the State Finals will represent South Australia in the $75,000 to the winner National Finals held on Friday 25th August at Albion Park. The Box Draw for the SA heats will be released on Monday 31st July.
