2013 NATIONAL SPRINT & DISTANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
At close of nominations GRSA had received a total of 48 nominations for the SA State Series of the 2013 National Sprint and National Distance Championships. There were 27 nominations in the Sprint Series, which compares to 32 in 2012. While the Distance Series has 21 nominations, compared to 16 last year. The Nationals were held at Hobart last year.
The South Australian Heats of the Championships will be run on Thursday 1st August, with the $7,000 State Finals on Thursday 8th August. The winners of the Sprint Final and Distance Final will represent South Australia in the $75,000 to the winner National Finals held at the Meadows on Saturday 24th August. The Box Draw for the heats will be released on Monday 29th July.
